Forgotten account details - Guild Wars Forums

After a few months of not playing I've started playing again. However, I don't remember my password and nor do I remember the password for the email address that I initially used to register the account so I can't use the reset password function which I suspect is possibly defunct.

What do I do?

Contact support. Give them lots of information like your CD keys.

Contact support and provide them with any and all information you can to verify that you're the owner of the account.
